Standard 3-7 Day Delivery

Your package will ship to arrive within 3-7 business days. We are unable to guarantee delivery on Saturday.Shipping cost is based on the total purchase amount shipped to each ship-to address within the continental US. See Shipping Restrictions for more information on delivery to PO Boxes, Canada, and non-Continental US. We do not require a signature at delivery.


Holiday Guaranteed Delivery:

Get your holiday gifts there on time. Select Holiday Delivery and your gift will be shipped to arrive in time for the holiday you specify for the price of Standard Shipping rates. We guarantee it. View our Holiday Delivery Schedule for specific cut-off dates.


2 Day Delivery:

Your package will ship to arrive within 2 business days if placed before 1PM EST. If placed after 1PM EST, order will ship the next business day. We are unable to offer delivery on Saturdays and Sundays using this delivery option. View our postage chart for 2 Day Delivery charges. We do not require a signature at delivery.


Overnight Delivery:

Your package will ship to arrive within 1 business day if placed before 1PM EST. If placed after 1PM EST, order will ship the next business day. We are unable to offer delivery on Saturdays and Sundays using this delivery option. View our postage chart for Overnight Delivery charges. We do not require a signature at delivery.


DELIVERY TO PO BOXES, APO/FPO AND CANADIAN ADDRESSES:

Due to the perishability of frozen items, we cannot ship to these addresses.


DELIVERY ON WEEKENDS:

We are unable to guarantee delivery on Saturday. We do not deliver on Sunday.


DELIVERY OF FROZEN ITEMS:

Frozen items ship on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. We are unable to offer delivery of frozen items on the weekend or for Monday delivery. Frozen items cannot ship to correctional facilities. Please note: we do not require signature at delivery.


DELIVERY OF FRESH FRUIT ITEMS:

We're sorry, but we cannot ship citrus to Arizona, or any fruit to Guam, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, Canada and APO/FPO addresses.


DELIVERY TO HAWAII & ALASKA:

Not all items may ship to these locations. For delivery to Hawaii & Alaska add $6.00 to the above standard shipping charges for each recipient. Frozen items must ship using 2 Day Delivery. Additional charges apply. View our postage chart for 2 Day Delivery charges.


INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

We apologize that we cannot ship to any international countries except Puerto Rico. Fruit, frozen food and other perishable items may not ship to international destinations.

We're committed to your satisfaction. At Pfaelzer Brothers our goal is to provide you superior service and quality products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase from us, please contact our Customer Service Department as soon as possible.

If you need to return an item due to a quality issue or damage during shipment, we need to be contacted by email or telephone within 48 hours of receipt of the product. Please provide our Customer Service Department with such details as product description, date received, package tracking number and the nature of the quality issue or damage. We will be glad to replace or exchange the item, or refund your money. If necessary, we will arrange the return shipping at no cost to you.


Returns for any other reason will need to be returned at the expense of the customer. No refunds will be issued for shipping cost of these returned items. Items not returned in original condition or partial return may not qualify for a full refund. Please return the merchandise to the following address:

If an item is returned as a result of an incorrect address provided by you, we can reship the product to the correct address at an additional cost to you. Due to the perishability of our products we are unable to repackage and ship returned items, therefore you will be responsible for the cost of the new product and we will cover the additional shipping charges.
