The use of Pfaelzer Brothers Gift Certificates constitutes acceptance of the following terms:

 - Pfaelzer Brothers Gift Certificates have no fees and they never expire.
- Pfaelzer Brothers Gift Certificates are redeemable for merchandise or services at www.pfaelzerbrothers.com or catalog.
- Gift Certificates are not redeemable at Mass Merchants or Grocery Stores.
- Gift Certificates are not reusable, and the balance must be used in its entirety at the time of purchase. Any remaining balance will be forfeited.
- Gift Certificates are not redeemable for cash or credit except where required by law.
- Gift Certificates are not redeemable for the acquisition of additional gift certificates of any type.
- Discounts and other special offers are not valid on the purchase of Gift Certificates.
- Refunds will not be provided for lost, stolen, or mutilated Gift Certificates.
