Thawing Instructions: Place lobster in pan of ice and water, making sure to completely cover lobster. Place pan in refrigerator or cooler overnight or until thawed. Keep in ice cold water until ready to cook. Do not allow lobster to remain at room temperature.

Cooking Recommendation: Tails can be cooked thawed or frozen. Drop tails in boiling water. As water turns to rapid boil, begin to time.Frozen-13 min. Thawed-10 min
